Notes: D.H. took 18 capsules of Omega 3 from fish oil ( from Vitalin Formula )

and 18 capsules of DHA from marine algae ( from Source Naturals )

His maintenance dose is down to 9/9 capsules each.

 

The above vendor sources are excellent and highly recommended.

I was up to 13 capsules of fish oil ( from Walmart cause it's cheap ) when my

hacking & coughing stopped. I am now down to 7 capsules a day of fish oil.
