Nightengale,

I don't know your son's nor the other woman's son

situation in particular. I do know, as I was in

the Army for 14 years and my son just got out

last October, that there are ways for them to

come home.

1. A military hop only costs around $10 or $20

dollars. Yes it means going on standby with the

military but the military looks out for its own

and will help him get on a flight. I would find

the nearest military installation that has

military flights and call them up through the

Autovan (a phone line that does not cost any

money to the military for military use).

2. If he goes through the travel agent that is

on the base he is on, they will look for the

cheapest rate possible and there are military

discounts ($50 is not much but it may be all

there is with the airlines being in trouble). If

it was me, I would check this out.

3. Also he could check and see if renting a car

to drive home would work. If there any other

young people in his company or any of the other

companies that live close to him they could share

the costs.

3. Reference getting his new wife added: That

is a matter of filling out one or two documents,

but he will not get paid for her unless she is

physically with him. The reason is that he is

living in the military barracks (which the

military pays for) and is eating in the military

mess (which the military pays for). The military

will not pay double at any time. Since he is

still in training he will not get the pay for her

since he can not live outside the barracks. Now

in many places if he has completed basic training

and is now in his advanced training then

sometimes the soldier/marine would be allowed to

live on the economy (not in military housing) or

depending on his rank he may be authorized to

live in base housing. There are many variables

but usually until he completes his training he

will not be paid for his wife. This is why many

young men and women do not get married until they

have completed their training. But the recuiters

do not tell them this.

He could also go to his drill sergeant and

request assistance. The drill sergeant would

provide him the points of contact to make the

above arrangements that I mentioned.

The airlines do work with the military if the

person talks to them and tells them the

situation. Many of our young people today do not

know how to do this because they have relied on

Mom and Dad to do things like this for them and

they now realize they need to do it on their own

for their ownselves.

My son was the exact same way. He would call and

tell me what was going on and all I could do was

advise him what I would do and let him go from

there. It is very very very rough to be a

military mom, dad, wife, husband or child.

I wish you and yours the best in this. I believe

there are others on the list here that might have

better ideas and explanations than I have given.

I know it doesn't help but it does explain a bit.

Also you might check out the online fares like at

cheap tickets - it is rather close time frame to

do this in but who knows maybe you will succeed.

Also call the Red Cross and ask for their

assistance in finding a cheaper flight. They

work quite close with the military people and

there is one on every military installation. For

emergencies (such as a death, or a loved one in a

hospital or being stranded somewhere) the red

cross will provide a loan. They require the

military person to sign a loan agreement and the

money comes out the military person's paycheck

for a certain amount of time. They work really

hard to help our young military people so that is

another avenue to explore.

Sincerely,

Cheryl Smith

I suggest you do the Budwig diet along with the OPC.

Did they finally install the port, because if they did, that gives you even

more options.

I also suggest that you get a 500ml bottle of 500:1 HCL (AllergyResearchGroup

makes it) to have on hand in case you get any infection like pneumonia, because

if they put you on strong antibiotics as a treatment for such infections, it

will really weaken you. We cured pneumonia in my wife with 10cc 3x/day in 3

days with this dilute HCL acid, with no loss of strength.

Jenny,

First, DON"T give in to anyone!

YOU have complete control over your own body.

I am very happy that you were able to get home.

The OPC takes time. Give it time. Talk to Tony about it.

Please take what raw foods, in whatever form, you can.

You need to feed your cells what they need.

However you can, GREATLY increase vitamin C, 6g or more a day, until your bowels become loose and cut back and get oxygen into you.

Your liver needs support to detox all of what you have gone through.

Rather then me carrying on about what you should do,

please tell me what you can.

The we can get going.

Lets work together to help you through this period of your life.

Group, let's help this lovely lady with her challenge.

I have breast cancer metastasized to the liver. On May 22, I went to a famous

cancer hospital in California to install a Port catheter for Chemo treatments.

It was supposed to be a very minor procedure. Due to a disastrous mistake

(punctured one of my artery), I lost more than 2/3 of blood. I had cardiac

arrest for almost 50 minutes and all my organs failed while they were trying to

revive me. They did not think I would make it. Against all odds, I woke up and

without brain damage. I ended up stayed in the intensive care unit for more than

a month and after that a 20-day stay at a rehab hospital. The recovery process

has been very slow. My body has been very weak, and no chemo was done since the

May incident. One month ago, I started to take Suthrlandia OPC (4 tablets), MAX

3 IP-6 & Inosital (6 capsules), calcium, vitamins and minerals. My tumor maker

was 300 in May, elevated to 1800 in July, and now August 9th to 3700. My liver

also started to have fluid collection. OPC did not seem to work for me. My

Oncologist wants to start chemo again to control the growth of cancer. But I do

not know my body can handle the chemo now. My stomach is still recovering from

the ordeal; I don't think any more supplements can be added at this time. I am

scared and desperately need help.

Bless your heart Jenny, you have been through an incredible ordeal. Yet you did survive it and you will get through this too. Taking Sutherlandia OPC for one month is not long at all. It generally takes two to three months to see any results. I believe you can go up to 12 capsules of Inositol/IP6 daily and also include curcumin. The dosage should be 2,500 to 3,000 mg a day. Also iodine supplementation is very important.

What exactly are the symptoms you are experiencing with your stomach and what type of diet are you on? You will find diet suggetions in the Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol and above all, stay away from sugar. Cancer feeds on sugar.

Jenny, I understand how you must feel but try not to be afraid. You made it up to now against all odds, it looks like, and you will make it through this.

Please know that we are here to guide and support you. Our prayers are with you.

I am really sorry to hear about all the problems you have experienced over the last few months. Just remember that the effectiveness of the Sutherlandia OPC is dosage dependent. For very advanced cancers, 4 capsules per day will not be enough AND if you have only been using that dosage for one month, it is a bit soon to say that the oleander is not working. Although I normally suggest that the maximum dosage of S/OPC is 6 capsules per day, from feedback I have received over the last 12 months, I believe this can be increased to 8 or even 10 capsules per day for advanced cancers. The emotional stress you have experienced will also have played a role in limiting your progress.

Just hang in there and know that your body has the ability to heal itself with just a little bit of outside help.

Need help

I have breast cancer metastasized to the liver. On May 22, I went to a famous cancer hospital in California to install a Port catheter for Chemo treatments. It was supposed to be a very minor procedure. Due to a disastrous mistake (punctured one of my artery), I lost more than 2/3 of blood. I had cardiac arrest for almost 50 minutes and all my organs failed while they were trying to revive me. They did not think I would make it. Against all odds, I woke up and without brain damage. I have stomach pain all the time. At first, they think it is because

I had no food in the stomach for too long (all my nutrients were IV

fed for one month at the hopital ICU). They did X-ray, CT scan, and

could not find what cause the pain. I feel nauseated more often

lately and sometimes it is hard to keep food and pills down. I am on

all kinds of medication, and nothing seems to work. Now, my GI

doctor believes that the pain could be the pressure caused by cancer

growth in my liver (and may be somewhere else). They also damaged my

vocal cores while trying to rescue me. Therefore, swallowing food is

a challenge also.

I got almost everything suggested in the Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol

except iodine supplements. I do not know where to get it. Any suggestion?

Thank you for your support

Thank you Rich in NJ. & Ted

my current situation:

- I can walk slowly around the house but get tired very easily.

- I need walker or wheelchair for longer distance.(I used to hike

5 miles erery morning)

- my stomach hurts all the time and feel nauseated often. I also get

full easily.

- I still have fluid collection at the bottom of lungs. often feel

short of breath. The fluid has to be periodically drained out.

- My heart rate is still irregular but improving. The heart muscles

were bruised when massaged for 50 min. to save my life. I can do

some light work now.

- My blood pressures are constantly too low because the heart

condition too.

- My kidney is not function fully yet. I have to take water pills to

help get rid of the extra fluid in my body. I also have

imitations on the amount of fluid intake every day.

- Myright vocal core is paralyzed. I have to eat slowly and tug my

chin in to avoid food falling into the wind pipe, and which will

cause pneumonia.

- Three of the fingures on my right hand are numb. Some nerves in my

chest were somehow danaged caused this to happen. Holding things

with my right hand is now challenging

Any help and/or information will be greatly appreciated.

Since my cancer marker has gone up so high and CT scan has shown the growth of

cancer increased dramatically, I decided to take more chemo treatments to buy me

sometime (hopefully). I am going to continue Tony's anti-cancer protocol while

doing chemo. The following are what I currently take. Are any of them not safe

under chemo treatment?

Sutherlandia OPC, Inositol/IP6, curcumin, iodine, Utopia Silver, Trace mineral.

Thanks

Jenny

Hi Jenny,

All the supplements you are taking are safe with chemo. Sutherlandia OPC does potentiate chemo and lessens to eliminates its side effects.

Are you also following the Budwig Diet?

Hi Jenny,

I have misplaced the address to the source from where I get my iodine. It is from Steve Wilson who is a member of this group. I have sent him an email and will reply with the information when he responds.
