Guest guest
Hi, Can anyone tell me how I can get my white blood cell count up to a normal level?
Guest guest
First and foremost, take Sutherlandia OPC. See: /HIV_Clinical_Trial.htm Also, make sure you eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, eat lots of garlic and consume foods or supplements that insure that you get plenty of zinc, vitamin C, selenium, and vitamin e. Better still, get the outstanding supplement intraMAX Some other natural immune boosters that will help increase white blood cell counts are: • Echinacea (Forget the flawed mainstream studies!)• Pau d'arco • Suma • Astragalus • Medicinal mushrooms (RM-10 from Garden of Life is a wonderful product)• Beta glucans • Aloe vera • Alkygycerol • Lactoferrin • Bovine colostrums • Glutathione • Mangosteen oleander soup , "infomcf" <infomcf wrote:>> Hi,> > Can anyone tell me how I can get my white blood cell count up to a normal level?>

Guest guest
Hi Del, The rest of the bloods are normal. The red blood cell counts are a little bit low but just slightly under normal. And I am already taking the Sutherlandia OPC. Thanks oleander soup , " Del at Dri-Wash " <del wrote: > > On White Blood Cell Count it depends..... Guest guest
OK, My own experience has been the white blood count will bounce around quite a bit and isn't as problematic (for me) as the RBC. Thus, I have not gotten too concerned with the white count except when I found it high rather than low. That said my own RBC and WBC were both in the anemic low range (chemotherapy caused anemia) a few months back. Sutherlandia OPC and a Chinese herbal mixture called " Marrow Plus " put me back into the normal range on both. Additionally, the Chinese herb Astragalus is reported to increase White Blood Cell counts. (Google it for studies, etc) Both Marrow Plus and Astragalus are available at: http://www.chineseherbsdirect.com (I have no affiliation.) The " Marrow Plus " will indicate for " professional use only " . Never the less if you order Marrow Plus online they will ship to individuals (I Know). I took the Marrow Plus tablets as directed on the bottle for 30 days. RBC improved by 20%, WBC improved about 10%. Guess if I was really concerned about WBC I would add the Astragalus to. Good Luck & Good Health, Del - " infomcf " <infomcf <oleander soup > Wednesday, August 05, 2009 12:06 AM Re: White Blood Cells > Hi Del, > > The rest of the bloods are normal. Guest guest
astragalus is generally good stuff, and a tbsp or so in cooked into a batch of brown rice is tasty. can you list the ingredients of Marrow Plus incl whatever info is on the label? i have gradual but steadily dropping RBC and platelets from hep-C to deal with. thanks, bobL > > oleander soup > oleander soup On Behalf Of Del at Dri-Wash > Wednesday, August 05, 2009 2:12 PM > oleander soup > Re: Re: White Blood Cells > > OK, My own experience has been the white blood count will > bounce around > quite a bit and isn't as problematic (for me) as the RBC. > Thus, I have not > gotten too concerned with the white count except when I found > it high rather > than low. > > That said my own RBC and WBC were both in the anemic low > range (chemotherapy > caused anemia) a few months back.
