Been a long time since posting, diagnosed 10 yrs ago with stage 4 skin " C " with

mets to lungs, went thru 7 yrs chemo till nothing left to take, radiation then

was out of the question, started supplements,OS and stopped " C " from growing felt

good and should " ve known better but slowed down on OS and 3 tumors have grown

significantly over last year, was coughing blood daily till started back hard on

OS and now they can do radiation should i do this? They have me scheduled for 33

treatments which I've been told for 10 years was not possible. Also is there

anything i can do to help or minimize the harmful effects to healthy tissue if i

do this. Tumor sizes are 2.5cm,4.0cm and one that is undisclosed my doc says

only bout month left and they got set up starting Wednesday. Any help would be

appreciated. Scared in Florida

I read your post three times. You've overcome this cancer for 10 years. You do have an immune system. Think more about increasing your own immune system and less about "killing" the cancer. Since you didn't sign your name, do you eat melons? That's what your e-mail address says. That's a good start.

Terri

p.s. please don't be scared. This list is incredible.

John,

I don't understand the statement where you say you have one month left? Would you mind clarifying that?

It looks like you are making progress by taking the full dose of Oleander. Are you also incorporating The Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol? Frankly John, I would address the cancer with all my might using natural means. Radiation has its own dangers accompanied by serious side effects. Not only does it destroy the body, but sometimes it actually spreads the cancer to other parts of the body or paves the way for the growth of new cancers. I would opt for following The Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol in its entirety.

Please don't be scared. Fight this naturally. It did work the first time and it will work again. And when you start feeling well, as you did before, don't slack off. Keep fighting.

We are here for you.

Hi John,

I had radiation to my lung back in March and presently going through whole brain

radiation. I take a lot of supplements and see a Naturopathic doc. She has given

me a lot of guidance in managing the radiation effects. For one thing OS helps

reduce the damaging effects, buthere are other supplements that help cleate the

large number of dead cells left behind by radiation. She also has me on a daily

25 min. detox bath made of up 2 cups Epsom Salts, 1 cup sea salt, and 1 cup

baking soda. As your body heats up the toxins come to the surface of the skin,

and as the water cools you need to rub your skin from the feet up towards the

lymph glands. There is some good information online on dealing with this as

well.

Can't help you much with making the decision, but my lung has responded

favorably, and I hope my brain will too. Not sure what kind of time this is

buying me, but I'm sure not going to quit trying alternatives. My rationale was

that I needed to debulk these tumors quickly to give me time to do the

alternative measures. So far so good. Best of luck in your decision. Great bunch

of folks online here to offer support as you go.

Cheryl

According to oncologist only a month left, was following Tony's protocol and was

only thing that held " C " in check no shrinkage but no growth and no new tumors.

Radiologist will not speculate on wether treatments will help or not and says

only side effect is tiredness which passes in time, oncologist wanted me to do

chemo that didnt work before but I refused and his only other option is hospice.

he said radiation will not work. My pain pump nurse says that I should stick

with what I've been doing on my own says it seems to be working far better than

orthodox medicine. Just trying to be as informed as possible before making a

critical decision. Thanx for your support and info, much appreciated!!!

John, it sounds to me like mainstream medicine has basically given up on you but may be trying to squeeze few extra months and a hefty sum of money from radiation treatments. Oleander does help offset the side effects of radiation, but radiation literally destroys your immune system - especially the bone marrow that is at the heart of your immune system. It is also virtually never successful, the same as chemo, against cancers that have spread from their primary location.

I would opine that the fact that you stopped the tumor growths before indicates that oleander and the other supplements you took helped restore your immune system - and it is ultimately the immune system that enables us to beat cancer and keep it at bay.

Are you taking plenty of cayenne pepper? And how about inositol/IP6 (12-16 capsules a day and no less). RM-10 mushroom supplements? And by all means 3000 mg per day of bioavailable curcumin. Iodine and vitamin D3 are musts as well, imo.

Those items and more from the anti-cancer protocol (/anticancer.htm) along with cleanses and detoxes to get rid of toxins and measures to protect and regenerate the vital liver would be what I would do.

Other than addressing tumors that were so large as to be life threatening (as in the cases of some kind of blockage), I would never opt for radiation or chemo and would be quite hesitant with surgery in most instances as well.

All the best,

Okay....... Bless your heart.

John, radiation is not the answer. At this point, it will totally destroy your immune system and your body. You also stand the chance that the cancer will spread to other parts of the body. And after this, if not before, there is a great chance that hospice will indeed be called in.

The only way to attack this is naturally. Follow all of Tony's suggestions, to the letter. And please know that we are here for you.

My very best,
