How does this work? I have this hand pain unexplained think its

carpal tunnel but the dr didn't seem too concerned. She gave me a

script for naproxen that I won't take and I'm wondering if boswellia

will work instead. I took 2 450mg pills this am and I wanna say my

hand felt better for a period, was this the bos or does it need to

build up. Ugh its really killing me.

If it really is carpal tunnel, about 1/3 of people do better with supplemental B6 for a few months.

Hi Rhonda,

 

Personally I would fill the script for the naproxyn. It won't hurt in the short

run. There are a lot of options out there and if you add them all up it will be

very expensive.Rutin, Hesperidin, and Quercetin are natural anti-inflammatories

Someone that I work with just had an operation for carpal tunnel and are doing

fine.

As I said Naproxyn won't hurt if you only take it for a short while. It is

terrible on the stomach so be sure to eat. I would get the pain under control so

I could think clearly as to what ny best plan of action would be. The Green

Vibrance costs about $60 a month.
