Like the bottom of your tennis shoes after you have spent the day mucking out the barn and chicken coop?

Well, actually it tastes pretty bitter and unpleasant but you can avoid that almost completely by taking half a dose under your tongue where there are no taste buds and leave it there for a few minutes while putting the other half in a small cup of healthy juice such as pomegranate, blueberry, acai or dark grape, and then take a good sip when you go to swallow what is under your tongue. It will not taste unpleasant and the rest of the cup of juice and extract will actually taste pretty good.

That works for any liquid version of oleander - supplement or home remedy.

All the best,
