Guest guest
Well this post contains a little bit of TMI so parents you are forewarned. I started taking sutherlandia OPC because I wanted to test it out on myself before I give it to my mother who was discharged from chemo treatment (yay!). I noticed a little more endurance in not catching things at work. I work as a nurse at a LTC facility. None of the resident toilets have covers so I'm forced to flush the toilet and run like the devil!!! LOL Sometimes I know I'm breathing in poop flakes, dead skin, etc. Just because I had the OPC I gargled with it this last week or so because the chicken brooder in the basement didn't meet well with my sinuses! it worked and I'm feeling good. Second thing I noticed is that the best time for me to take OPC is morning, afternoon but especially at night. I take 15mL in the morning and yesterday I took 30mL in the afternoon. 45mL seems to be my optimum dose with no side effects. No for the TMI ADULT CONTENT...... 1. Less questionable looking vaginal discharge. I've had three clean papsmears since being diagnosed with HPV. I got rid of the HPV the first time with colloidal silver and peroxide. I thought they might have returned inside the VC with all the stress last year of nursing school and my mom's cancer diagnosis. 2. My breasts would get really lumpy right before my period. My husband claims they're 90% less lumpy. Aren't men great? Such a willing volunteer. If only he picked up dirty clothes so fast. Not so TMI but still related...less facial hair right before my period. I have IPL treatments to my face for hair but even with the IPL I still got a lot of facial hair and there's less. I can't attribute less acne to s/opc because I'm out of polluted Manhattan and back into fresh country air.
