Guest guest
Hi Jay, You mentioned that you have fibromyalgia. Do you have a treatment or remedy for that? I have a neighbour who is extremely ill with it. She is in constant pain and is on anti-depressants, which are not working. She is extremely unhappy. Just wondering if there is anything I can gently suggest to her. Janet
Guest guest
For what it is worth, I will give you all my research on Fibromyalgia. 17: Fibromyalgia: S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) SAMe may cause indigestion, dry mouth, and insomnia. Rarely, people experience severe diarrhea, heartburn, headache, and dizziness.People with bipolar disorder should not take SAMe, as it may worsen manic episodes. People who are taking the drug levidopa (commonly prescribed for Parkinson's disease) should avoid SAMe. People taking antidepressants should not use SAMe without first consulting their doctor. The safety of SAMe in pregnant or nursing women or children has not been established SAMe, Magnesium Chloride 1,000 Mg, Calcium 2,000, Vitamin D-3 4,000 IU daily, Vitamin B Complex, Capsaicin Cream, 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) Plant Minerals, Colloidal Gold, MSM, Glucosamine, Chondrotin, Collagen, Aloe, Silica, GTF Chromium, Colloidal Silver, Digestive Enzymes, enzyme bromelain anti-inflammatory be careful with this one, it can in-hance the strength of RX and anything else you take. Vit A Beta Carotene 25,000 IU, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Niacin B-3, DLPA Amino Acid, Manganese, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Vitamin B Complex, Sam or SAMe, Selenium 200 mcg, SOD, 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) anti-depressants St. John's Wort better than any drug out there. Hope this helps. Richard In a message dated 7/8/2009 9:54:43 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time, lostrin writes: Hi Jay,You mentioned that you have fibromyalgia. Do you have a treatment orremedy for that? Guest guest
Jay and Janet, One thing that I've been very interested in that I found out about on this list is low-dose naltrexone (LDN). The LDN website lists fibromyalgia as one of the conditions that LDN is supposed to help with. The website is here: http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/ Darren oleander soup , lostrin <lostrin wrote: > > Hi Jay, > > You mentioned that you have fibromyalgia. Guest guest
Hi Janet, Unfortunately fibro is a progressive disease and it gets worse as time goes on. I am taking Cymbalta and Lortab. This site has tons of information: http://www.fms-help.com/. I am still learning about it. I just wish I had the energy and money to put all that I am learning. I will try to get back to you over the weekend. All the best to you and your neighbor, Jay oleander soup , lostrin <lostrin wrote: > > Hi Jay, > > You mentioned that you have fibromyalgia. Guest guest
I read a pretty compelling testimony recently from a lady who completely got rid of her fibromyalgia with colloidal silver. It took awhile and often her symptoms were temporarily worse after a big dose and then immediately better, but the trend was always positive and the end result was no more fibromyalgia. Personally, I would also add plenty of digestive/proteolytic enzymes taken two or three times a day on an empty stomach. They help break up fibrin and old scar tissue like nothing else. Also, plenty of omega 3's, such as fish oil. Users of Sutherlandia OPC have also reported improvements with their fibromyalgia. oleander soup , "Jay" <jplas9999 wrote:>> Hi Janet,> > Unfortunately fibro is a progressive disease and it gets worse as time goes on. Guest guest
Hi Richard, People with Fibro don't need SAMe. Insomnia is bad with this. Don't need the headaches as I have them 24/7 sometimes feel like clusters and other times like migraines, but mostly just headaches. I don't agree with the Calcium Magnesium ratio. I feel it should be closer to 1:1. I also feel that Chondroiton is a waste of money. MSM and Glucosomine yes. Right now I have to rely on my prescriptions because they are cheaper. Again, insurance doesn't pay for the good stuff. I don't agree with pharmaceuticals, but have no choice at the moment. This is what I take: A powdered supplement with: 100 mg Sodium (from Sodium Ascorbate) 150 mg Potassium (from Potassium Ascorbate) 3000 mg Vitamin C (from Calcium Ascorbate, Magnesium Ascorbate, Potassium Ascorbate, Sodium Ascorbate) 100 mg Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 120 mg Calcium (from Calcium Ascorbate) 15 mg Phosphorous (from Tricalcium Phosphate) 66 mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Ascorbate) 3000 mg L-Lysine Hydrochloride 500 mg L-Proline 300 mg Green Tea Extract - EGCG Polyphenols 400 mg Horsetail Silica 90 mg Stevia Extract 40 mg Amylase 40 mg Lipase 20 mg Protease Another powdered supplement: Vitamin A 10,000 iu Vitamin D3 800 iu Calcium 400 mg Magnesium 450 mg Potassium 500 mg Malic Acid 400 mg Horsetail Silica 500 mg Another one: 2000 iu Vitamin A as Vitamin A Acetate 200 iu Vitamin D as Cholecalciferol 200 iu Vitamin E as D Alpha Tocoferol 15 mg Niacin 25 mg Calcium as Calcium Ascorbate 30 mg Magnesium as Magnesium Ascorbate 200 mcg Chromium as Chromium Polynicotinate 1500 mg L-Arginine 500 mg L-Citruline 800 mg Hydroxy Citric Acid from Citrimax & Garcinia Cambogia 367 mg Ascorbate from Calcium & Magnesium Ascorbate 250 mg Citric Acid 250 mg Green Tea Leaf Extract 60 mg Origanox 110 mg Lemon Enzymes 1-6 a day on empty stomach: one capsule contains: Serrapeptidase 40,000 units Papain 40,000 usp Bromelain 300 gdu The above costs me a little more than $50 a month. Really can afford much else, but I do take Milk Thistle, NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Extra D, Krill Oil and others when I can afford them. I could write forever on this, but have to go to sleep where I usually toss and turn. Let me know what you think of my supplement regimen. I am planning on take colloidal silver. Come over to the frequent dose chelation list and tell the story. Sweating via Saunas will probably supply relief.
Guest guest
Jay... your list looks like someone with HCV ? assumptions from the ALA/NAC/MThistle you know fibro is a common HCV manifestation? CSilver looks like a really good idea. some supps that go with it (chelators; the argyria cure ingredients), that should go with it on most anyone's list: selenium chlorella/spirulina iodine MSM C E B+ > > oleander soup > oleander soup On Behalf Of Jay > Wednesday, July 08, 2009 11:01 PM > oleander soup > Re: Jay/fibromyalgia > > Hi Richard, > > People with Fibro don't need SAMe. Guest guest
Thanks Jay and everyone, For the info on fibromyalgia. Not sure where to start with my neighbour hmmm. Looks I'll be doing some digging myself. Janet
Guest guest
Hi Bob, I need lots of money and energy to do all this. Dr Murphree: http://www.beatfms.com/ and http://www.treatingandbeating.com/ has a wealth of info on the disease. Yes, HCV can be a precursor to Fibro. Before I deal with the Fibro I have to deal with the HCV. I am going to follow the protocol recommended by Tony: Liver Gall Bladder Flush, which I have done a few times, Herbs, and colloidal silver, etc. Jay
Guest guest
....i was miserably symptomatic with acute HCV... pretty much the whole list incl cryoglob and fibro. CSilver brought the HCV under control, at least symptomatically... no more fibro since beginning CS in 9/06. no more MANY issues since starting CS... stuff is aparently quite ready to come back when it can though. i wouldn't spend any money on anything else but getting set up to make CS, then after using it generously for about a month re-evaluate. it'll probably be the single best investment you ever made. the " argyria cure " list of supps seems pretty fundamental and necessary, at least for someone likely to be using CS regularly into the foreseeable future. Tony's hepC protocol looks good. as it happens, i already do almost all of it except the ashwaganda, which i don't have and haven't read other recommendations that i recall. haven't started the OSoup yet... waiting to get the tobacco demon further into the past (at the 5th day of no cigars point and hating it). i have naltrexone coming in the mail, so i think i'll start that first, and after settled in a couple weeks with LDN dosing i'll start the OSoup. for HCV on a budget, as well as the best looking potential for results: good foods... org, liver friendly assorted herbs a la zhang & buhner assorted supps a la argyria cure assorted supps generally... oils, minerals, D3, I, NAC, whey ALA/MT/Se a la Berkson CSilver .... that stuff has been keeping me feeling pretty well, and pretty broke too. adding in the LDN and OSoup just might work real well. the LDN only costed $110 for enough for over 1.5 years, the OSoup i made, and was free except i owe someone CS for sending me a big box of oleander trimmings... i made a bit over 4 liters of OSoup for the cost of shipping (will be approx $20) and a 5th of grain alcohol $16, plus about a zillion coffee filters. > > oleander soup > oleander soup On Behalf Of Jay > Friday, July 10, 2009 9:02 AM > oleander soup > Re: Jay/fibromyalgia > > Hi Bob, > > I need lots of money and energy to do all this. Guest guest
Bob, Where/how did you get naltrexone? I was just wondering if you got it without a prescription.
