Guest guest
Hi Mike, Very interesting article. I was first introduced to the need of balancing calcium and magnesium through a book called " Transdermal Magnesium Therapy " by Mark Sircus. In discussions with my ND we ended up adding the use of Magnesium Oil to the protocol I am following in addition to Epsom Salt/Baking Soda baths. Magnesium Oil is realatively cheap and quickly absorbed through the skin. Many use it in foot baths, though my ND said it is much more effective if you rub it all over your feet and let it dry to a salt before putting your feet in the water. There is also a magnesium powder which when you dissolve one tsp. in a glass of water acts like a natural sleep/pain aid. Dr. Sircus discusses it's role in reducing pain...which makes the calcification issue make sense, particularly in regard to arthritic kinds of pain. What seems very clear is that the majority of us are magnesium deprived...pretty important if you are trying to heal from cancer. I wonder if it has to do with Calcification. > > Mike > > http://www.bbsradio.com/cgi-bin/webbbs_old/webbbs_config.pl/noframes/read/14829 >
Guest guest
Mike, The article is too long for me to read as my time is limited. Personally, I believe the ratio of calcium to magnesium should be 1 to 1 I also believe that these MDR'S or RDA'S or whatever they are called now are just another subtle attempt at population control as are GMOs. irradiation and hosts of other things that are being done. Guest guest
Hi Mike. I don't know about clearing out hospitals, but magnesium deficiency is a real problem today. Almost everyone is mag deficient. But it is easily corrected by taking either an oral magnesium (not the store tablet type ones as they don't deliver much) or through external applications of mag "oil". Both methods are relatively cheap to make yourself. Samala, Renee ---- This article discusses the connection between Calcium and cell mitochondria destruction. Guest guest
Hi Renee I've been spraying mag oil on my skin after a shower for a few months. How can I make it? Do I have to have access to sea water? Thanks Janet
Guest guest
Hi Janet. No, no need for sea water. You buy nigari flakes and mix it with water--and then you have mag oil! Nigari is nothing but dehydrated sea water, with the sodium removed so that magnesium is the next highest mineral left. It is food grade, so safe to put on the body. You can order on line or sometimes buy it in local Asian markets because it is used to make tofu. I have to go out this morning, and won't be back till later this afternoon/early evening. When I get back I will send the cheapest websites to buy nigari from, and the ratio of nigari to water, and some tips on storing nigari. Don't have time to search for my messages right now. ;-) Samala, Renee ---- I've been spraying mag oil on my skin after a shower for a few months. How can I make it?
