Tony/,

I have been traveling extensively over the last several months so I

haven't been keeping up on the emails as much as I would like but I

wanted to chime in on a technique that has been very beneficial to me.

In 2004 I was in a horrific car accident (rear ended while stopped and

the other driver was going almost 50mph) and then I was in a head on

collision this past march. (neither were my fault.)

After the first accident I started seeing a chiropractor who uses the

Activator method. (Www.activator.com.) I have no idea whether or not

it will help with the disc issues that you have but from my own

experience it will help to stabilize the rest of your body to help

your back heal. According to my chiro, if you are going to find a

doctor from the Activator site, make sure he/she is an advanced

proficiency doctor.

I am NOT a doctor, I am a political scientist, so I have no idea if it

would be beneficial for you but I thought i would throw it out there

for you.

Between the stuff going on in Washington DC and the fact that I had to

call off my engagement, my levels of stress and depression have become

almost unmanageable. I have browsed the tbyil site for your writings

on your EFT technique and I haven't been able to find it (my iPhone

mangles many websites and makes them hard to navigate.)

Would you mind posting the link to where I can find it? Thank you, and

thanks to the whole group. Reading your stories of inspiration and

perseverance have really helped to lift my fallen spirits.

Love and blessings from Reno,

Sean.

Bless your heart Sean. You are undergoing emotional trauma caused by a life altering experience. A broken heart is nothing other than devastating. Add to this the stress from your very demanding career. The word that you used to describe your depression concerns me......... "unmanageable." I know far too well what "unmanageable depression" can do, and to you I say, take the time out to nurture and care for yourself. I really have no writings with regard to EFT on The Best Years in Life or anywhere else. I merely refer people to the main website.http://www.emofree.com/ Please keep in mind that in many instances, EFT does demand practice and if you wish, you are welcome to email me privately and I would only be too happy to give you pointers and possibly formulate affirmations that would apply to your specific needs.During this time, I would like to emphasize that you must make sure to take care of yourself physically. A proper diet is imperative. Severe emotions will not only drain you mentally, but it will also drain you physically. This type of stress depletes the nutrients and minerals in the body and it is imperative that they be replaced. Something also that may help you tremendously, which "saved my life" during a very similar situation is a product called Mind Soothe by Native Remedies . It is a combination of St. John's Wort, Passion Flower, and other herbs. It is very effective in not only lifting depression but also aids in calming nerves. Lastly, make sure and take time out for "YOU." Take the time to relax and do things that make you happy, as right now "happy" is the key word.I do so hope that you feel better shortly and please do drop me a line and let me know how you are doing. My very best to you.............oleander soup , "resurictions apply, results may vary" <restrictionsapply wrote:>> ,> > Between the stuff going on in Washington DC and the fact that I had to > call off my engagement, my levels of stress and depression have become > almost unmanageable.
