I was just hoping someone could give me some guidance on how to correctly

take the black cumin seed oil and the colloidal silver.

Hi Nicole.

 

As far as i know the black cimin oil if is in capsule form, 1 or 2 capsules per day or as directed by your doctor

Is is in liquid form, 1 teaspoon per day.

 

Colloidal silver i'm in Australia and we use ml, so we use 5ml 3 times daily.
