Guest guest
I finally acknowledged that I really do need to lose about 50 lbs. I used Weight Watchers in my pre-herbal days and lost the weight but didn't stick with it. I decided this time that I would use South Beach as my starting point - modified to fit my life (no partially hydrogenated, no fake sugar, real butter, as much organic as possible, etc.) I have lost 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks and haven't been hungry yet. The concept of eating my " sugar " later in the day seems to work. The protein in the morning has always stopped the hunger and of course, water, water and more water. I'm getting plenty of veggies - raw in the salad and cooked in the stir fry, in the omelette, in the fajita, etc. I also like the idea that it " takes 3 bites to satisfy " . Let me know if this helps and maybe we can support each other on the road to healthiness. Kathi herbal remedies , " Pat M. Guest guest
Does sutherlandia make you lose your appetite? Reids appetite doesn't appear to be what it used to be and I'm not real sure when it started but I'm thinkin around the time we started the sutherlandia. If this is a side affect is there anything I can do to combat this? Rhonda -- Sent from my mobile device
Guest guest
The Sutherlandia OPC should not decrease one's appetite. It is important to watch Reid's weight and to take steps to counter any weight loss of more than one or two pounds. Should weight loss take place, he should take undenatured whey protein on a daily basis. This will not only help with the weight loss but it will also improve the glutathione levels in the body.
