Is transdermal Oleander OK?

Hi everyone - I'd like to introduce my wife Carol (who is the patient) and

myself Richard, her husband. We have just joined this excellent group and look

forward to learning a lot.

Carol has a Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the sinus area, very rare and

unfortunately very aggressive. After surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital

here in Australia, the SCC has returned and we are now we are using the Cesium

Chloride/DMSO protocol (from Larry at 'Essense of Life'), and it has been

causing quite a lot of inflammation and swelling. This is extremely painful in

the sinus area and means using painkillers. This is the one draw back of Cesium

- but at least we know this protocol is working.

However, it would be good to use an additional protocol that does not cause

swelling and that is why we have decided to use oleander, and perhaps cut down

on the Cesium.

I have ordered Sutherlandia OPC from Marc in South Africa but as it hasn't

arrived yet have also (fastidiously) made 'the soup'. The problem is Carol seems

to be getting nausea with only a very small dose - less than half a teaspoon.

Perhaps this is because the oleander is helping her detox? Incidentally I have

been taking considerably larger doses than Carol, just to check I didn't get the

chemistry wrong. I'm fit and well (do not have cancer) and have had no nausea.

However, the Cesium/DMSO causes no nausea or side effects with Carol because it

is administered transdermally (except of course the inflammation), and I was

wondering if I could use the oleander soup, mixed 50/50 with DMSO for a

transdermal application?

Has anyone any experience of this? I'd love your feedback.

Best wishes,

Richard

Hi Richard,We welcome you and Carol to the group. Is it the taste of the soup that is making her nauseous? Until the Sutherlandia OPC arrives, You might try mixing it with some juice. Make sure it is 100% juice and when I have taken the soup, I have mixed it with Pomegranate Juice. Test it out and see if that helps. Just give her a tiny bit and see how she does. The Sutherlandia OPC takes approximately two weeks to arrive from South Africa, sometimes sooner. Actually, no more than two weeks. As for applying the oleander soup transdermally with DMSO, I am going to defer that question to Marc, or possibly Tony should he be able to get back online. Hi ,

Thanks for the info and I'll try and encourage Carol try the soup with juice.

I'd really appreciate some feedback from Marc or Tony re the transdermal use of

Oleander and DMSO.
