Ask your neighbor if he is spraying the plant on his side of the fence with anything. This is very important. Your symptoms show that the plant has possibly been sprayed with something. This should not happen, even if you have not added the preservatives. I would advise you to be safe, discard it, and start over with another plant. Again, make absolutely sure that it has not been sprayed with anything. If you cannot find a plant, the alternative is Sutherlandia OPC http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com.
