I am adding things little by slow as I make life-style changes to bring healing to my body. Since dropping meat out of my diet, with occassional exceptions, I now move my bowels about 2 or 3 times a day. Last night, I gave myself my first coffee enema. I diddled and dawdled until the coffee was ice cold, then had to heat it up to body temp again...I really was quite reluctant but knowing how much I need to detox I went ahead. I am going to share freely to help others who may be hesitant.I got organic coffee from sawilsons. I discovered right off that I need a better enema bag and enema tip. The cheapie one I got from them actually felt *sharp* in spite of lubrication. I inserted a couple more inches than is recommended simply because I could not feel it once it was inside the rectum. So next time I will place the clamp closer to the spot I wish it to get to. I did not feel the coffee going in! I had to look at the bag to see if enough had been released.I had no trouble holding the coffee enema in. After about five minutes or so, I heard the "squirting" they say you need to feel or hear from your gall bladder. It squirted about 5 or 6 times! I don't know what that means---if getting the squirting so quickly and so many times is a sign of good health or of toxicity. If anyone knows, please inform me. Once it had finished squirting, I suddenly felt I needed to get to the toilet immediately. So I did. Even though some instructions say to hold it for 10 to 15 minutes, others say, once you get the "squirting" you don't need to continue that session. I was really amazed at hearing that squirting from the gall bladder! It went just as it should!I hope that helps some of you. I place to continue with these, but I need to get a kinder, gentler tip for the enema bag. Blessings, Jill~---

Guest guest
Jill, Thanks for this info. I have been doing coffee enemas for close to 3 years and have never felt that " squirting " feeling. So now I'm wondering if my coffee enemas aren't doing what they should do. Does anyone else have to add to this? I have ordered my equipment from Optimal Health Network. They will give you support with any questions too.
