Guest guest
Dad had high blood pressure and on two medications, but since he has taken the supplement, his blood pressure lowered so much he has to stop the two medications and still his blood pressure is only 100/65. Without any medications, he used to be 150/90. We are worried. Which of the following could have lower his blood pressure so much? S/OPC Blood Support (I suspect this one) Curcumin Black seed oil Grape seed extract Anyone has any ideas? Thanks, Julie
Guest guest
All else being equal, 100/65 is preferable to 150/90, as long as he is not feeling untoward effects. I'm assuming he was on BP meds prior to this. Guest guest
Thanks so much for responsing. Yes, my dad was on BP medication before taking the supplements for lung cancer. Then his blood pressure dropped so much he stopped both meds 2-3 weeks ago. His blood pressure continues to be low. He has never been this low in his life though. That's why it makes me and him worried. He is more worried about BP than his cancer. Go figure. I saw curcumin lowers BP in mice. I am going to lower him daily amount from 3200 mg to 2400 mg to see if it makes any difference. Julie
