Hi---is naltrexone only available by prescription? Is it only IV or can it be

taken orally?

You want low dose naltrexone, which is specially componded to be released quickly, and is taken before bedtime. It is by prescription, and only costs about $35 a month. You should use one of the pharmacies that are expert with this. The wrong filler can make it not work.
