Greetings,

 

Could someone answer some questions about which test is the best or most

accurate to use?

 

 

Hormones

Blood, urine(does anyone ever use this) or saliva?

 

PH

Blood, urine or saliva?

 

Diabetic

Blood, urine or saliva?

 

Sugar

Blood, urine or saliva?

 

I have been testing my PH with urine but have heard that it is not as accurate

as saliva? Then you have MD's testing everything with blood tests?

Vitamin D is tested with blood?
