I thought that I will not write anymore on milk ... but I forgotone of the most important and essential point.. constipation Constipation, according to renowned health expert Dr. Bernard Jensen and many other leaders in the natural health field, is the primary cause of most chronic ailments. When your body is not fully eliminating waste material, that material creates a variety of problems for you Now some people may be tempted to believe that constipation and milk or other dairy products are related because they are low in fiber or are lacking in it altogether. Fiber does indeed help the body to maintain regularity by adding bulk and softening the stool. But constipation and milk are not related because of the fiber content of milk. While this would explain a hardened stool and difficulty with bowel movements, it is not the reason for constipation and milk being linked. Feces are propelled through the bowel system with muscles that line the walls. When the muscles contract, the movement is propelled forward. Constipation and milk or other dairy products are connected because of calcium—a key ingredient in all dairy products. The bowel muscles cannot properly contract when they cannot get rid of the calcium in their cells. Therefore, constipation and milk are linked because of the excess calcium in the muscles of the bowels caused by the dairy product. The feces builds up and toxins and bacteria begin to reabsorb into the blood stream. Although constipation and milk and other dairy products are connected, simply reducing or eliminating them from the diet may not help. Feces builds up along the walls of the intestines, bowels, colon, and rectum as it passes through the dietary tract (impaction). This may lead to recurring restrictions and blockages until the excess feces is removed with a good colon cleanser that uses all natural ingredients . Then, by steering clear of large quantities of dairy products that can cause your bowel muscles to shut down, you may not have any future blockages but may still want to cleanse the system every few months for good preventative maintenance. ' we should be consuming 25-30 grams a day of fiber. Most people don't get a third of this amount! We need to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, mostly raw " ( From http://www.poopdoc.com/constipation-milk.htm) ================================================= MILK AND CONSTIPATION ================================================= Intolerance of Cow's Milk and Chronic Constipation in Children Source : http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/abstract/339/16/1100 CITATION : " Forty-four of the 65 children (68 percent) had a response while receiving soy milk. Anal fissures and pain with defecation resolved. None of the children who received cow's milk had a response. In all 44 children with a response, the response was confirmed with a double-blind challenge with cow's milk " PERSONAL COMMENT: I will stay away from soya instead will use organic juicing.. organic juicing had to be done with the right juicer to avoid destruction of enzymes. You need a juicer like Champion opposed to a centrifugal juicer ============================================= Cow's milk and chronic constipation in children. Shah N, Lindley K, Milla P. " ===================================== PERSONAL OPINION ; This why cancer patients (unless folowing the Budwig protocol) should ABSOLUTLY stay away from dairies. Milk act as a glue ( it is a glu, one of the sbest used by the industry ) in the intestinal tract covering intestinal villi. In all humans, the villi and microvilli together increase intestinal absorptive surface area 30-fold and 600-fold, respectively, providing exceptionally efficient absorption of nutrients in the lumen. This increases the surface area so there are more places of food to be absorbe QUESTION : How on earth could a cancer patient absorb his micro nutrients and remedies if the villi and micro villi are inaccessible ? The intestine had to be clean and with a Ph above of 7 for maximum absorption. Milk is a toxic glue ( see previous posts) but also raise the acidity of your organisme. The vicious circle look like : more acidic PH, less absorption, less minerals, less nutrients, more inflammation, more sickness, more drugs... and so on and so on. With time this unstable circle build up like an huricane unless you inverse the process naturaly trough nutrition and natural remedies God bless all !
