Guest guest
Dear Lyn, I think when you whack your knee against a table and you know it is going to bruise, then it is fine to take some arnica. Maybe put a little icepack on the area, and even try to stay off it for a bit. When you go to turn a lamp on and nothing happens, I think it is fine to check the light bulb and change it if it needs it. But if after replacing the bulb, it still doesn't work; I would not recommend cutting in to the drywall and trying to assess your house's electrical wiring to see if that is the problem. Well, unless you are an electrician by trade. With all of the things that you have listed, I think the biggest disservice that you could do to yourself would be to keep trying the Band-aide approach. You have some pretty significant issues listed. To try and treat those yourself and from the recommendations of others is not the wisest choice in my book. Kind of like calling me to come over and take a look at your kitchen ceiling light when the darn thing won't turn on! LOL If you were to add up the cost of all the supplements you are currently taking and/or considering taking, you might spend that money in a better way by meeting with a practitioner that would help guide you and address your various symptoms AND concerns. If you yourself do not know of one, then ask around and see if anyone in your area can recommend someone who they personally would recommend. If that doesn't pan out, then ask all of us here. Gosh, it seems like we are from all over the place - someone here should be able to help guide you to someone at least within 2 hours of your hometown. In my professional opinion, I would say that without seeing your entire medical history, that you most likely have some major endocrine issues going on. This isn't coming from a Resveratrol defiency, or a super greens deficiency, or just the need for a wallet-ectomy. If you can find the right person, they will be able to assess your body from head to toe and formulate a plan to repair, rebuild, and restore your body and put your life back in order for you. You owe it to yourself to find the best care that you can. And the best care doesn't always cost a couple of thousand dollars nor the requirement of a sacrificial arm and/or leg. With blessings of good health & happiness,LyneLyn Johns <rickslynoleander soup Sent: Friday, May 22, 2009 12:23:38 PMRe: Re: CANCER IS A FUNGUS Hi All,Hope someone has some info that will help. I'm having a great deal of pain in my right hip and the middle of the right buttocks. Don't know if this is 2 things going on - #1. lack of cartilage in right hip confirmed by x-ray a few years ago so I take glucosamine and chondroitan MSM combo from drrons.com which has helped if I remember to take it 3 to 4 times a day. Doctor 6-7 years ago said "hip replacement. " I'm not going there!
