Guest guest
Rhonda, Here is more information that may help you. S/OPC results to be expected The normal situation is the following: (a) The rate of growth of the tumor/s slows done (after 3 - 6 weeks) (b) The cancer stabilizes (after 6 - 10 weeks) © The tumor starts to reduce in size (10 - 16 weeks) Here it must be noted that sometimes there is only a slow decrease in size due to the fact that the bulk of the cells inside the tumor may be normal cells. So, even if al the tumor cells die, then the remainder of the normal cells will retain their size. The tumor/s may then become hard (encrusted) and may take a long time, even years to be re-absorbed by the body. (d) Patient in remission (8 - 12 months) All the above should take place PROVIDED one follows the suggested protocol especially the S/OPC, the NAC, the Curcumin and the restriction of animal proteins. Guest guest
Guys I have had 3 count them 3 folks from the dipg community interested in oleander now! I have directed them to join oleander soup group! They will probably join and ask a lot of questions! I know you all will treat them well as you have me! I can't tell you how excited I am that finally after 4 months they got interested in it! Guest guest
How wonderful Rhonda! I am always so excited when people choose to follow the natural path. Thank you so much for your caring and concern for others. Questions and guidance is what we are all about. There is no such thing as too many questions. And yes, we will welcome them with open arms for they will be part of our family. Guest guest
May- I'm confused. We've been on the Budwig protocol for over a year, as far as the Flaxseed oil/ Cottage Cheese (but we use yogurt instead), and eat vegetarian except salmon once a week, does the Sutherlandia OPC work for someone eating dairy? I've tried giving up dairy before and never felt good without milk and yogurt, I start feeling like I'm getting joint and back problems without it. Do some people continue with the dairy and do OK? What about salmon once a week? My problem is IBS, which I hope S/OPC will help, and I'm learning most nuts are now acting as triggers, I don't know why, so I find it increasingly difficult to get minerals from food. I don't eat grains except occasionally the Budwig ones- buckwheat, Quinoa, Amaranth, and rice. I could eat more greens or juice them more, I suppose. DH has mets that can be felt, so it is easy to check if something is helping him. We are using 1/4 tsp liquid S/OPC 2x a day now, when would we increase dosages? Is there a schedule somewhere? Guest guest
Hi Nancy, Sutherlandia really has no adverse effects if you eat dairy, although as you will see by Marc's instructions below, if you must have dairy, I would cut back. Maybe Marc can pop in and explain why dairy and fish should be avoided. But, but I would not foresake taking Sutherlandia OPC by any means. I eat some dairy and fish once in a while also. Here is the recommendations on how to increase the dosage of the Sutherlandia OPC Liquid: Suggested Dosages (Cancer, Hep C, Neurological problems) Sutherlandia OPC (500ml Liquid) Start off by taking 5ml (1 teaspoon) once per day during mealtime for 2 days. Increase dosage to 5 ml twice per day with meals for a further 2 days. Increase dosage to 5ml three times per day with meals for 1 month. If no improvement, increase dosage to 10ml three times per day for 2 months. If still no response, the dosage can be increased to 45ml per day (3 x 15ml) When in remission, the dosage can be reduced to 10ml per day for at least a further 3 - 6 months And I am going o post Marc's other recommendations: Protocol for cancer (1) Take the Sutherlandia OPC regularly. (2) Cut out ALL animal proteins (meat, milk, eggs, yoghurt, fish) as well as sugar. If you are worried that you won't get enough protein, then take un-denatured whey protein. (3) Get rid of stressful situations in your life and put past traumas behind you otherwise they will surely kill you. (4) Go to bed by 10:30 pm (5) Drink enough water (6 - 8 glasses per day). (6) Eat only starches, vegetables (excluding potatoes) and fruit. Carrot juice is a good example. (7) Get at least half an hour of direct sun per day. (8) Do a liver cleanse every 4 weeks until you don't pass any gallstones. (9) Take 200 micrograms Selenium per day with your food. (10) Take Inositol/IP6 as suggested in Tony Isaac's Anti-cancer protocol (/anticancer.htm) (11) Add curcumin as a supplement (as per the work of Dr H Kremer). (12) For very advanced cases of anti-fungal infection, take a prescription medicine like Nystatin or Diflucan for 2 weeks. For those who do not want to take prescription medication, take an anti-fungal like Colloidal Silver or olive leaf extract on a daily basis. (13) Take 1 teaspoonful of Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa) 3 times per day after meals. (14) Take 2 x 600mg Time Release capsules of N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) with fruit juice three times per day on an empty stomach (to help the body synthesize Glutathione). If wasting (weight loss) is already advanced, these amounts can be doubled. There are reports that high dosages of NAC can lead to the loss of Zinc, Copper and other trace minerals and it may be advisable to take a trace mineral supplement to prevent this possibility. Hope I've answered you questions Nancy. Hugs, oleander soup , "hemnancy" <hemnancy wrote:>> May- I'm confused. Guest guest
Thanks, ! I guess we're starting rather slowly. The Father's protocol in the Files section mentions taking the Flaxseed oil/ cottage cheese. I can try to cut down on dairy, maybe it will work better now that I am a vegetarian than it did when I still ate meat. I'll work on raising the dosages and hope for some results soon. Since cutting out most nuts and taking Serrapeptase and Cimetidine, my IBS has been improving, I don't know if the Serrapeptase and Cimetidine would be compatible with S/OPC or Oleander? Cimetidine slows the clearance of chemicals from the liver, so I don't know if that would be a good thing or a bad thing with S/OPC. Guest guest
Nancy, Do you have access to raw milk where you live? Either cow or goat milk? There is a night and day difference, both nutritionally and energetically between raw milk products VS pasteurized dairy products. Making your own yogurt, kefir, and other cultured dairy products is really quite easy once you get past the "I couldn't possibly make my own!" self doubts. A good place to start for information would be www.realmilk.com They are a wonderful resource for information and resources. Guest guest
Cimetidine, as you indicated, can be used to increase the half-life of various nutrients and medications. This is likely due to tying up cytochrome P-450, a liver detox enzyme. It might very well keep blood levels of the oleander components circulating longer. Adjust doses with this in mind. Cimetidine also has a direct effect against cancer cells. Cimetidine will inhibit your ability to digest food, but you can compensate by using enzymes. Ironically, cimetidine is a terrible choice for IBS.
