Guest guest
Haruto Kinoshita, a famous researcher of japanese acupuncture escribes in an article on the magazine Ido-No-Nippon vol1,pg50-52, of 1979. the simptom s related to the Kata-Kori. He lists three factors: 1 - reflex tension from cervical artropaties(articular microtraumatisms) and as reflex of pathologies of the digestive, respiratory, urinary systems, that affect the tension of the cervical and dorsal muscles. 2 - Muscular fatigue caused by activities that make excessive use of the muscles of the cervico-dorsal region, because of the repetitive effort, there is accumulation of metabolic residues as lactic acid, oxalic acid, etc)in the muscles resulting in added tension. 3 - Unbalances in the Autonomic Nervous System, causing a déficit in the flow of blood in the muscles. Situations of repetitive emotional tension provoke fibromialgic contraction, lessening return of low-oxigen blood, provoking ischemic pains because of chronic cumulative tension. The factors described provoke a closed chain reaction; muscular tension=accumulation of metabolic residues=inflamation=muscular tension. The cumulative factors are emotional, social, work related, and from daily activities and lack of adequate physical posture. The Kata-Kori is aggravated by repetitive visual fatigue - see Gall-Bladder Meridian!(the optic nerve has a neural reflex in the superior trapezius muscle) provoking the apparition on the trapezius of fibromiotic muscular nodules hampering local blood circulation. The muscular tension exerts pressure on the nerves of muscles and skin increasing pain. Heavy shoes and problems in feet can interfere in adequate posture. The Kata-Kori on the Left Trapezius gets tensioned by high blood-pressure, the respiratory system, heart related problems, psychic depression and other emotional factors. The Kata-Kori on the Right Trapezius gets tensioned by sicknesses of the digestive system(gastritis, ulcers, diabetes, constipation, liver and Gall-Bladder) and genital and urinary. In strong muscular tension, can apply Moxa on more sensitive points found by palpation. In tension on one side only, seek sensitive points also on Anterior trapezius; Ketsubon point,St12). greetings, Marcos _____ Novidade no Mail: receba alertas de novas mensagens no seu celular.
