Guest guest
Sorry for the multiple posts today! I guess I have a lot to say to interest list members? The (NJ) STar-Ledger has an ad for Dr. Shapiro, MD (www.drshapiromd.com), who's a dr. and an acupuncturist in New Jersey (Branchburg). His Webpage gives his background and what he treats, and says he's one of 80-some MD's with a license to practice acupuncture. If you're serious about acupuncture and don't want to try multiple acupuncturists until you find one that's " you, " OR you want to see an MD for acupuncture so that insurance will cover it (!), you might want to find the company that issues the acupuncture license to find out who in your area is an MD and acupuncturist. Dr. Shapiro, it says, is licensed to practice acupuncture in PA and NJ. As a former Pa. resident, remember that you cannot see an acupuncturist without a note from an MD first! In any event, I have not seen this Dr. Shapiro, and am still experimenting with my 8 pieces of brocade. I try to do the exercises in the morning as it's easier to draw a deep breath during them. At night my breath is very shallow. Hope that helps. Glenn

I am nearly 44 & I feel better & fitter now than when I was 25. I also overcome chronic arthritis from nearly 10 years ago through TCM, Meditation, self Reiki, etc. It is about time that the Western world started to take the Chinese culture seriously. The Ancient Chinese were a very enlightened race. Lets hope that more TCM gets into our Western culture. Bye for now, Ian.

What did you do to feel better fromthe arthritis, and how long did it take? What do you get from the Reiki? Glenn
