Guest guest
Hi all, I joined this list to learn more about chinese medicine in the hopes of being able to apply it to my dog's health. I took her to a vet who practices chinese herbs and she called her a " heat " dog and told me to feed her more cooling foods. I'm curious now to know more about the yin/yang philosophies. She put her on some herbs and I have to say it really did help with her dry coat and her temperament. We treated her for about 3 weeks back in March but I am now seeing signs of the dryness again-most specifically in her coat. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I Could find a more complete list of yin foods or a list of foods telling if they're warm, hot, cold, or cool foods? I'd like to apply that to myself too as I am always cold. The vet who saw my dog put her in " yi Guan Jian " but she did not tell me exactly what that was addressing as far as issues. Can anyone tell me more about that product? Thanks in advance, Joyce ______________________________\ ____ Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail beta. http://new.mail.
