That's something like I got from plugging the name into Google. Which

btw, returned several sites which had it for sale, so it must exist

somewhere. However, the original question was how much of each

ingredient is in it and while the sites I skimmed through listed the

ingredients, the percentages were not included.

I think you may have been talking to me, because I was the one that

posted all the links. I just posted the links to the formula for

reference, not that they answered your question. You might trying the

book with the Gu Zhi Shu Song as the title (all of this info is in my

previous post) as it will contain good info about osteoporosis (if you

are looking for this info), and it may also contain the formula

amounts and dosing info you are looking for, and for $6 USD including

shipping, you can't go wrong. Anyways good luck with it!

Greetings from the original poster with question about Gu Zhi Shu Song,

The woman who wrote the book strong women, strong bones is into

fitness, nutrition and Western medicine (major ugh on that last part

part of the trio). Still the samo, samo we always hear which does not

offer much in the way of refreshing new outlooks. One of the sponsors

on her website (where she has posted many archived articles) is

StonyField Farms. It is pretty well discussed in TCM that dairy

products are not the way to go to build bones. So back to square

zero on this one as we are finding the patent herbal formulas for Gu

Zhi Shu Song do not have ratios. Will have to do more research on

Oriental martial arts herbal formulas I guess as they do have formulas

for building and repairing bone.

Thanks for all your efforts though--much appreciated, as always. I

bet somehow this formula is hidden under another TCM namee.

I wouldn't be surprised. At the very least it may be a variation of a

classical formula.

Ahh IC, that makes sense. I guess the formula must translate to

strong women strong bones or something close, and she must have had

her book translated into Chinese giving it the same title. Once

again, great research on all of it! Sorry that didn't help.

The one last thing is about that other TCM group for practitioners

and students. I don't know if there is anyone on this list that is

a member of that other list, but there are several who could join.

If they would be up to doing that for you and asking about it, you

might be able to get some results that way.

I have a TCM Dr that I could ask as well, but I think I would get

the same results as you, in that he might not want to openly share

the info like that (as it would take his job away if he did it too

much, so I understand).

It sounds like you have very well researched out the topic, and you

really know what you are talking about, so great job on that. Sorry

I couldn't be of more help to you =)

Good luck!
