" That's the way it is. " This is a shocking statement! That " all diseases

can be cured, but not all people " could be viewed (as it is by me) as

an escape clause for doctors who don't know what they are doing, for

they have no deep instinct about a patient and what that patient truly

requires.

Then a great doctor, with fine instincts, knows how to find a way to

open that trap to free his patient, or to inspire the patient to take

his problems

seriously. I've seen this.

I predict that in due course the prescribing of strange, highly

restrictive diets (low glycemic foods only/no grain at all is one

example of such a diet) will be laughed at. It is a crude " cure " that

requires endless self-denial. Remember all those anti-candida diets?

They were so deficient in nutrients that they compounded the

suffering. I know of one such case and I am sure there are thousands

more. (The diet consisted of instant oatmeal, boiled eggs & tea.) If

there was one

doctor ( " natural " or MD) anywhere who ever apologized for prescribing

these

kinds of regimens, I have not heard about it.

There is too much emphasis on avoiding many normal, natural foods that

we are accustomed to, rather than really looking at this person and

coming up with a treatment they can live with, one that does not

induce mental stress and deficiency. Diet won't cure, in any

fundamental sense, what diet did not cause in the first place.
