But people can't stick with them for long: something in the person is not being satisfied with restricted diets. I think it is time for promoters of weight-loss/insulin resistance-curing diets to delve into WHY people can't stick with diets for as long as they need to, to lose their excess fat. " Just follow the diet " is not good enough any more. It is not that simple. If it were any good at all, there'd be no fat people, because all these diets are so highly publicized nowadays. I hear that mercury and other toxicity as well as hormonal disturbances (which might be caused by the toxicity) are two possible causes for some people's inability to lose weight or their inability to stick with a diet for the necessary period of time.
