Guest guest
I would still appreciate any help any one could give on formula amounts! Haven't posted in a bit, but still keep up reading messages. Thanks. Haven't posted in a bit, but still keep up reading messages. I checked Bensky's and Barolet's Formulas & Strategies and couldn't find it listed. I Googled and found the pills for sale from several companies, but none of them listed the dosages of the individual herbs. Hopefully, someone on here has a book of formulas that does list it. For readers new to TCM, it's a formula that replenishes Essence (Jing) and tonifies the Kidneys. It's also particularly good for building strong bones. Some companies sell it under the category of " anti- aging " formulas.
