I would still appreciate any help any one could give on formula

amounts! Haven't posted in a bit, but still keep up reading messages.

I checked Bensky's and Barolet's Formulas & Strategies and couldn't

find it listed. I Googled and found the pills for sale from several

companies, but none of them listed the dosages of the individual herbs.

 

Hopefully, someone on here has a book of formulas that does list it.

 

For readers new to TCM, it's a formula that replenishes Essence (Jing)

and tonifies the Kidneys. It's also particularly good for building

strong bones. Some companies sell it under the category of " anti-

aging " formulas.
