Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the exact amounts of each herb required to make a tea with these ingredients: Concha Ostreae (Mu Li) Fructus Psoraleae (Bi Gi Zhi) Rhizoma Drynariae (Gu Sui Bu) Cortex Eucommiae (Du Zhong) Radix Dipsaci (Xu Duan) Semen Cuscutae (Tu Si Zi) Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shu Di Huang) Radix Paeoniae Alba (Bai Shao) Radix Salviae Miltorrihizae (Dan Shen) Os Draconis (Long Gu) Often used for osteoporosis and to treat tinnitis, dizziness, tonify kidney and more. Would like to use as a tonic. I know I have been using many of these herbs already in different formulas, but would like to try this combination for a bit.
