To all who Replied.... always waking up at 12midnight and 3am?!

thanks for all your replies... Im living in SE asia and summer season

has passed but we occassionally still get very hot days. But lately,

its been raining like crazy with several typhoons.

Just to add some info...

from Feb-May, Im doing western treatment that suppress my immune

because I have over-active immune that causes my miscarriage.

After my treatment, I asked my TCM doctor to give me herbs that can

regulate my cycles but everytime I take the herbs, I will start

spotting. Imagine, in a menstrual cycle I bleed 3x!

So my western OB was frustated and gave me Birth control pills to

reset my cycle, she said after the pills, my period will come. But

now, its been 10days after pills and my period still hasnt come, only

very light spotting (sorry guys!).

i dont know if birth control pills can affect liver which in turn

affect my sleep!

can liver fire cause pimples too? I have alot lately!

The hormones in the BC pills can cause pimples, don't know if that

would be diagnosed as liver fire or not. Anything you ingest can

affect the liver (organ) as it filters everything you put into your body.

please be VERY careful with those hormones....they CAN create havoc. Doesn't

mean they will with everyone but the havoc is quite unpleasant.
