thank you so much for your reply...i want to use the vaporizer because

Im having clogged nose these past few nights especially when im in

lying position when sleeping.

But since my TCM doctor diagnosed me with dampness that causes my weak

spleen and messy menstrual cycles, do you think i should still use the

vaporizer?
