I don't have the full article. You can find the publisher and journal using

Google, but you have to pay for the articles. The method is simple and is

contained in the abstract (see below). The important points is to choose a

comfortable posture and relax. Gradually, without straining, work up to the

recommended times below. You might inspire for 5 seconds, hold your breath for

5 seconds and expire for 5 seconds in the beginning.

 

This yogic technique is a 1 breath per minute (BPM) respiratory exercise

with slow inspiration for 20 seconds, breath retention for 20 seconds, and slow

expiration for 20 seconds, for 31 consecutive minutes.
