i made some research and just want to confirm it. Are those barley,

yam, pumpkin, brocolli and cauliflowers? Are there any fruits which

can strengthen the spleen too?

I think Im also both Yin & Yang Deficient because during pre-ovulation

phase, I dont have fertile discharge which is yin deficient. But at

the same time, Im also Yang deficient because after I ovulate and get

a bloodtest, my progesterone hormone is low. Can anyone advice what

fruits/foods that can be helpful during Yin phase and Yang phase. For

example, Ginger promotes Yang. Does it mean when I take it during the

Yin phase, it could actually worsen my Yin deficiency?
