Guest guest
Nancy, I don't know if there is any rule on this list about referring someone to a specific place of treatment. I haven't been to PCOM since August 2005 because I was on disability and could not afford any treatment. But, even if I had more money, I would still go to PCOM. The give very good care, have great herbs, and I feel I am contributing to the students education by giving them a hard case to solve. I have been very happy with the treatments I have received at PCOM. My first doctor was Mei Wei and she was very thorough. The next school quarter, she wasn't going to have clinic hours in the afternoon, so I had to switch doctors. My next practitioner, Dr. Sheir, sometimes had as many as five students in the exam room, all of them taking my pulses, checking my tongue, etc. My appointment next week is with Greg Sperber. He had received a bachelor of science in molecular biology from the University of California , San Diego before getting a master of traditional Oriental medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego in 1997.
