Guest guest
I know that is very like Tai Chi, but have never seen it or done it. My pain management doctor at the Alternative Medicine site at Scripps in Torrey Pines is also their Qi Gong instructor. They have classes you can sign up for. I have already taken the beginning Yoga class and it has helped me very much. My problem is my joints are hypermobile so I have to be careful to not over do any one position. There is a lot of information on Qi Gong on the internet and I know I can buy a book online, but I heard it was best to join a group because it adds to the overall energy. Is this true?
