Guest guest
Is there such a thing ? I would appreciate any suggestion on this subject. Could you advise a bibliography about treating oneself with acupuncture at a very basic level, just to energize, but not to treat ailments or deseases, which is the ground for profesional acupuncturist. Guest guest
I suffered from a chronic IBS, with trapped gas in the Large Intestine. I was treated by a Chinese Doctor, who eventually taught me how to perform self-acupuncture. Since then I completed a 4 year study of CM. I still do self acupuncture when my symptoms reappear.
