All we've ever used it for over the years was for making pizza dough, amazing pizza doughs using various whole grains. Since we've never used the heating element in it (once the dough is ready we roll it out for the pizza and bake it in our regular oven) my husband has proposed to me that we replace it with a mochi machine.
