Guest guest
A reminder that back problems is a general symptom of Kidney imblance. It's not the only possible cause of back problems, but it's one that a TCM healer automatic checks out and either rules in or rules out. A reminder that Yin Deficiency will lower the pain threshold. Magnesium deficiency also will lower it. The TCM Kidneys are NOT equivalent to the anatomical kidneys, hence, the capital K when it's the TCM concept of the Kidneys. Sometimes there are multiple causes for a problem. In this case, correcting the Kidney imbalance, the Yin Deficiency, and the Mg deficiency (if these are co-factors) will bring some relief but not total relief. A consultation with a chriopractor and even a DO may be in order. Massage therapy may also help in these cases in addition to acupuncture and herbs when appropriate.
