Thalamic Neuron Theory (TNT)

I have been trying to get some information about the Thalamic Neuron

Theory (TNT). It sounds very interesting to be able to relate disease

processes with the central nervous system, and have acupuncture as the

treatment. I have read that this theory also explains how acupuncture

treats pain.

Besdies the few articles I have found, does anyone know of any text

that helps explain the thoery and also treatment protocols.
