Guest guest
I was hoping that someone would post more info this morning before my apointment today. At least I can understand a little better what specific conditions these different herbs are supposed to be directed at healing. I have old stones that were most likely formulated in childhood due to extreme dehydration.( My theory based on xray at age 22.) Growing up in a tropical climate such as FL and refusing to drink any water as a child has come back to haunt me in the late 40's. There are about 5 or 6 stones left and they are supposedly smal as seen in xray type of info from urologist last year. One large one tried to pass over a year ago and I ended up in the hospital very sick & having to get it lithrothrophied. It would be great to avoid having to do that again.Recently, three times in the last couple of months I found bright red blood in my urine ( no pain in kidney area or urine except once)and TCM doc treated that one as a UTI giving medicine. He thought we should try to dissolve the remaining stones just in case one of those bad boys has decided to pass again in the future. This is why I needed more info on the formulation that he reccomended because again I question the dosage and mixture if it has unpleasant side effects.I am here to learn more about Chinese medicine and appreciate the help given from group members. As a lot of us have probably learned the hard way with western doctors, it makes good sense to be well informed about medicines, Chinese or western prescriptions.
