Dear Victoria Dragon & All,

This is not TCM either... but I thought that I would add this tidbit

of information to this message.

This a.m., I happened to read an article titled " Revealed: the pill

that prevents cancer " in The Independent Online Edition in Science &

Technology concerning new discoveries about Vitamin D. I won't post

the whole article only a small section about schizophrenia:

" Schizophrenia

The chance of developing schizophrenia could be linked to how sunny

it was in the months before birth. A lack of sunlight can lead to

vitamin D deficiency, which scientists believe could alter the

growth of a child's brain in the womb. "

I am not certain if this tidbit relates to TCM. It is just a small

pass-along for anyone that may be interested...

Respectfully, Danamarie
