Guest guest
Hello, I was wondering how many milligrams per day of schizandra one can safely take? Also, if one grinds the herb himself, how many teaspoons can one take daily? Thanks, Elizabeth

They're usually used in combination with other herbs. What other herbs are you using with and to do what?
Guest guest
I am taking schizandra along with astragalus, cordyceps, reishi, burdock, maitake and DGL licorice. I am a cardiac patient and am taking most of these herbs as a tonic to help strengthen the cardiovascular system. I have been taking these herbs for almost two months now and people that see me lately, ask me if I colored my hair darker! I never dye my hair, so it's quite unusual to hear this. Did someone suggest them to you or is if from your personal assessment of your adventure that you started taking them? and you wanted to just take schizandra alone, not with the other herbs? Do I under stand your question? penel > > " Elizabeth " <tazzyviolin> wrote: > > > Hello, > > > I was wondering how many milligrams per day of schizandra one > > > can safely take?
