heck out the following organ " time " chart. Maybe one of the organs is

acting up.

1am - 3am = liver

3am - 5am = lungs

5am - 7am = colon

7am - 9am = stomach

9am - 11am = spleen/pancreas

11am - 1pm = heart

1pm - 3pm = small intestines

3pm - 5pm = bladder

5pm - 7pm = kidney/adrenal

9pm - 11pm = endocrine

11pm - 1am = gallbladder

These times are important. These are the times when each organ is the most

" active " which means repairing and cleansing. All this happens without you

even knowing about it. The best time sometimes to REALLY get a condition

treated is in the organ's specific time frame. There is another chart

which

parallels the supporting organs.

or to let it do what it does.

For example; being asleep, horizonal position, and in the dark from

11pm - 3am allows one's pathways of Wood to function as its meant to.

Blood then can pool in the Liver.

Being awake, walking around with the lights on at night during those

hours can over tax the Liver and Gallbladder system.
