Guest guest
Folks, this is just the beginning. People will lose their right to TCM treatments as well as other herbal treatments too. This is part of a worldwide fascist movement to limit people's choices and to force people to buy and use certain goods and services. In this case some very dangerous and very expensive pharmaceutical products of questionable effectiveness. There are a lot of people who would be dead or a lot sicker than they are if they did not have vitamins, minerals, and herbs. BTW, I saw the handwriting on the wall some time ago and have started growing some of the herbs my husband and I use the most often. The day may very well come when we no longer will be allowed to buy these products. For some people, no longer being able to buy vitamins and minerals will be a death sentence. Unfortunately the majority of doctors are trained to pooh-pooh supplements and to push only prescription drugs. Opinion by Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen Monday, July 4th, 2005 " Big Pharma " won a major victory in Rome, Italy today. Vitamins and minerals, for over-the-counter sale will be phased out, almost completely, in every country on Planet Earth. The " German Model " of health care will now be the law of the land - in every land. Below is a press release from Diane Miller JD of the National Health Freedom Coalition, detailing the action. Diane is in Rome at the meeting. I study Western herbs using Chinese diagnostic theory. My main teacher at the school has been an acupuncturist for 25 years. We learn to grow and process the herbs as well as learn how to use them. btw, as far as I know Western herbs are not legally thought of as drugs. Preparing them they're treated as if we were preparing food. Hey, the Chinese dr.s will ask you if you've been " cooking your herbs " and that's my story. > The day may very well come when we no longer will be allowed to buy > these products. Unfortunately the > majority of doctors are trained to pooh-pooh supplements and to > push only prescription drugs. or else what they'll do is hire herbalists to work for them as they do with bodyworkers giving them a small percentage of what they charge the client. I see a real market for healthy cooking schools. Penel
