I work at home. my interests include natural health, natural birth, karate, exercise and making new friends! I look forward learning and sharing new info here! I used to have eczema and stiff painful hands but when I did amalgam removal that eczema and the pain was gone. i still have some acne flare ups. What would you suggest? There are different types of acne of different shapes and on different parts of the body. Once you figure out which type, it's easier to know what to recommend.
