Using moxa on Bladder 57, the point at the outer edge of the nail on the little toe, is recommended for turning around a breech baby. I have a cousin who's an OB/GYN who used it on a patient and it worked. I'm not sure when the proper time for doing this should be. She might want to wait another week or two to see if the baby turns on its own; sometimes they're slow.... <g> sue

Guest guest
> Bladder 67.... > Bob > www.acuherbals.com Bob is correct. Its the last point on the Bladder Meridian. The time to do it is when the baby is full term and one wants the baby to start coming out as it can also start labour. In addition to moxa at Badder 67 there are ways to physically turn the child (that have been long practiced by mainstream Western Med. and can be tried if you can find an ungreedy for the C section money doctor) or the mother can also assume postures to facilitate the child turning before birth. Run a search engine on this. This is a hot topic with midwives and doulas. Penel

I get my numbers mixed up sometimes, that's why I gave the location too. > The time to do it is when the baby is full term and one wants the > baby to start coming out as it can also start labour. Ahhh, that's good to know. > In addition to moxa at Badder 67 there are ways to physically > turn the child (that have been long practiced by mainstream Western > Med. and can be tried if you can find an ungreedy for the C section > money doctor) or the mother can also assume postures to facilitate > the child turning before birth. > Run a search engine on this. > > This is a hot topic with midwives and doulas.
