Facial rejuvenation

Hello,

Does anyone know of any good resources for learning acupuncture based

facial rejuvenation.

Or does anyone know the general intent/approach of it?

I have heard of horizontal needling along the wrinkles, but that sounds

very painful.

Thanks,

Blaise

I've got a textbook on TCM cosmetology in English

written by a professor at a beauty college, but which

was obviously financed to sell a brand of TCM

products.

From memory, part of this describes how to treat acne,

warts, other facial blemishes, part is diet. Some

substances can help relieve wrinkles.

Tuina massage includes aspects devoted to the face.

Massaging points around the eyes and mouth can help

smooth areas.

There are a number of acupoints that can relieve wry

face or facial distortion. Haven't seen surface

needling to eliminate wrinkles.

Best regards, Jack

TCM Cosmetology (Zhong Yi Mei Rong Xue). It's a good

book, but the author is using this to promote her line

of beauty products. Caveat emptor.
