It is. Jin Shin is Japanese in origin, not Chinese. That's why I don't

think that's what was done. It still sounds closer to chi gong to me.

That's Jin Shin Jyutsu and is what Jin Shin Do is derived from.

And Jin shin is a good way to help too. In addition to the books

Michelle mentioned (though without the classes, they may be somewhat

confusing as they're not self-explanatory) A Touch of Healing, by Mary

Burmeister is good for self-care. Iona Teeguarden's books on Jin Shin

Do go into chinese theories more as well as mental/emotional bases for

problems.
