Hi ya...many of us feel different things..some of us are more intune

with our bodies and energy than others..remember this is a guniea pig

class so there are many different people in it...Most have been

seeing our acupuncturist but not all..most of us feel warmth or

tingling in our hands when you first start..if you read about it a

bit you'll find that you start tapping at the top of the head..you'll

have to forgive me as I am very tired today and can't even think of

the names of these points..being a newbie at it..haha..U tap on this

point till you see a change (usually you will see their faces or ears

get rosie) or they feel something...like I said most will feel

tingling in their hands..Some can actually close their eyes and know

exactly where you are tapping..as a group the person you are tapping

for does not tap themselves...many of us will feel a warmth radiate

from the areas that have been taped or just an all over warmth...you

tap only for a few mins per person..it's not a long process..and when

you are done tapping in the areas that the person has requested you

always tap down to the feet where you ground (continue tapping) for a

bit..then you move on to the next person...Hopefully that makes

sense..if not I'll see if I can find another web addy for you to look

at...take care..huggz...Angel
