pustules towards the tips of fingers

Health and healing to all:

 

Does anyone have any experience dealing with pustules that appear

on the tips of fingers or the inside of the thumb? They are little

white bubbles that won't go away apparently. I,ve seen them on other

fingers beside the thumb but a group developer and the appear to be

having little ones that are staying together in a group.
